Standard files are normally delivered within 15–25 minutes on average during opening hours. Larger jobs and custom work are agreed up front with a concrete time estimate.

How do I become a dealer?

Contact us by phone or email with your company number and a bit of information about your workshop. We set up portal access, go through pricing and packages, and help you through the first job.

What does a file cost?

Prices from EUR 28 per file. Package pricing lowers the price per file for workshops with steady volume. You always get a price before work starts.

Which brands and ECUs do you support?

We cover most European and Asian cars and vans, plus truck, agriculture and construction equipment. Check the vehicle catalogue or send us a read if you are unsure.

What kind of support do I get?

You speak directly with the people writing the files. We help with reading, writing, troubleshooting and adjustments on files we have delivered — included.

Question 6

Will the end customer see that you are involved?

Accepted Answer

No. The workshop invoices the job as usual and owns the customer relationship. We deliver the file in the background and never deal with the end customer.

How do I pay?

Invoice for established dealers, or prepayment for the first jobs. Hardware is invoiced separately on order.

What equipment do I need?

A tool that can read and write the ECU, such as KESS3, Autotuner or FLEX. We are an authorised dealer and help you pick the right tool for the jobs you do.
